1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AllTradesAI platform, operated by AllTradesAI Ltd (“AllTradesAI”, “we”, “us”). By starting a free trial or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

AllTradesAI provides an AI-powered sales and marketing platform for UK tradespeople. The platform automates lead capture, AI-generated kitchen visualisations, quote generation, social media publishing, review chasing, and follow-up communications on behalf of subscribers.

The platform is currently in early access. Features may change, and we will communicate significant changes in advance.

3. Free Trial

• All new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial
• No credit card is required to start the trial
• At the end of the trial period, you will be invited to choose a plan and add a payment method
• If you do not add a payment method, your account will be paused — no charge will be made
• We reserve the right to limit free trial availability if misuse is detected

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You may cancel at any time — your service continues until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except at our discretion
• We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and using the platform
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to your trade business
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Ensure that any content you upload (photos, business details) does not infringe third-party rights
• Comply with applicable laws when communicating with your leads and customers
• Comply with GDPR and data protection obligations for data you collect through the platform

6. AI-Generated Content

AllTradesAI uses AI to generate kitchen visualisations, quotes, and other content on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated renders and estimates are illustrative and not a binding quote
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated quotes before presenting them to customers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You must not misrepresent AI-generated content to customers as professional surveys or formal costings

7. Intellectual Property

• AllTradesAI retains all rights in the platform, software, and system prompts
• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, business information)
• You grant AllTradesAI a licence to use your content to deliver the service
• White-label outputs (branded renders, quotes, social posts) are yours to use for your business

8. Availability and Support

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible

• Response times vary by plan — see your plan details for specifics

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are subject to payment failure, or are used fraudulently
• On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AllTradesAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, social media platforms, AI providers)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
