2. What Data We Collect

2.1 From tradespeople (subscribers)

• Name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, postcode
• Business information (trade type, monthly volumes)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Usage data and activity logs within the AllTradesAI portal

2.2 From homeowners (your leads)

• Name, email address, phone number, postcode
• Project details provided through the AI kitchen designer tool
• Photos uploaded for AI analysis (processed and deleted after use)

2.3 Automatically collected

• IP address, browser type, device type
• Pages visited and time spent on our site
• Cookie data (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the AllTradesAI platform
• To send leads and project briefs to matched kitchen fitters
• To send service communications, invoices, and product updates
• To generate AI kitchen renders and quotes on behalf of subscribers
• To comply with legal obligations

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

• Contract performance — processing required to deliver our service to subscribers
• Legitimate interests — improving our platform, preventing fraud, sending relevant service updates

5. Data Sharing

We share data only where necessary:

• Matched kitchen fitters — homeowner enquiry details are shared with the relevant subscriber to fulfil the service
• Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy governs their handling)
• Twilio — WhatsApp and SMS delivery of automated messages
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI processing of queries and image analysis (data is not retained for training)
• Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

• Subscriber account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years (UK tax requirements)
• Lead/homeowner data: retained for 12 months from the date of enquiry, then deleted
• Uploaded photos: deleted immediately after AI processing
• You may request early deletion at any time (see Section 8)

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate our platform (session management, authentication). We use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
